you are asking for multi parts, and there are few who ask for single part, also a third group who dont know how to extract multi parts then complain files are corrupted or damaged, 100 users have 100 requirements, cant help/please everyone.

btw use a downloader instead of browsers, or you might get damaged files as browsers resume support are not good, try to download the file in one go, because resume option might not work for every server.
